张穗生先生，1965年出生，现任国际酒店集团CEO。自1982年从事酒店业以来，曾主持过多家大型五星级酒店的全面筹建和运营管理，并参与过数十家高星级酒店的前期策划和经营诊断工作，善于领导和激励团队，对系统的企业文化建立、流程与政策、市场营销策划、成本控制、人力资源管理等都有非常丰富的实践经验。
