刘凤英女士是北京玉渊潭酒店管理集团董事长，玉渊潭农工商总公司总经理兼党委副书记。曾荣获“国家酒店业突出贡献奖”、“北京市审计工作先进个人”、“海淀区‘三八’红旗个人”、“北京市‘三八’红旗奖章”等荣誉称号。曾任玉渊潭农工商总公司副总经理、党委委员、经济审计部部长、办公室主任、总公司机关党支部书记等职。
