China Decoration Stock Co., Ltd. was approved to establish by State Economy Commission in September 1984, which combines three departments under the Ministry of Light Industry such as Bureau of Hardware and Appliances, Decoration Bureau and Furniture Bureau. It is listed in the first 20 of 100 strong enterprises of China building decoration industry, and the first 10 of 100 strong enterprises of China building decoration eco-friendly design in 2010.
