黄山狮林大酒店位于黄山之精华景区——北海景区，是黄山风景区首家四星级酒店，隶属黄山旅游发展股份有限公司。酒店建于有着四百年历史的“狮子林禅院”遗址之上，海拔1630米，古有“狮子林中福地，清凉顶上灵山”之说。1998年，酒店正式开业，建筑面积7000多平方米，拥有标准客房130间，豪华套房12间，情侣房20间。酒店各类服务设施齐全，设有中西餐厅、宴会厅、自助餐厅，风格传统，环境高雅。2000年按四星级标准改建，2008年内部全面重新装修。
2010年，酒店巅峰商务会所——清凉别墅正式营业。清凉别墅地处狮子峰，海拔1640米，位于卧云庵（约建于民国十年）遗址，坐拥山林，上风山水，乃林中福地。
Huangshan Shilin Hotel is located in the best scenic area in Huangshan -- Beihai Scenic Area,which is the first four-star hotel in Huangshan Scenic Area, belonging to Huangshan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. The hotel is built on the site of "Shilin Temple" that has four hundred years of history, with 1630 meters of altitude and a saying of "a treasure land in Shilin". In 1998, the hotel was opened formally, with construction area of over 7000 square meters, 130 standard rooms, 12 luxury suites and 20 couple rooms. The hotel has various complete service facilities, including Chinese and Western restaurant, banquet hall and cafeteria in traditional style, with elegant environment. In 2000, it was reconstructed according to the four-star standard. In 2008, its inside was totally rebuilt. In 2010, the HotelTop Business Club -- Qingliang Vila was formally opened. It is located in Lion Peak, with 1640 meters of altitude, on the relics of Woyun Temple ( built in around Mingguo the 10th year). It has mountain,forest and river, which is a treasure land.
